How long can a lamb with brucellosis live?

Three to six months. Brucella mainly exists in the reproductive system, organs and blood of sick animals, and has strong resistance to the outside world. It can survive for 37 days in dry soil and 6 months in cold environment and fetus, so lambs with brucellosis can survive for 3-6 months.
