Can Dalan in Zhanghang Town be demolished?

According to relevant laws, regulations and policies, Zhaoyuan Municipal People's Government decided to expropriate collective land in Dalan Village, Zhanghang Town in order to ensure the need of public land. This is based on the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province on Standardizing the Management of Land Expropriation.
