Fortune Telling Collection - Fortune-telling birth date - You can't make a wish in the temple.

You can't make a wish in the temple.

You can't make a wish in the temple.

You can't make a wish in the temple. In life, I believe many friends will make wishes, but there are taboos and precautions when making wishes. We may not pay much attention to it at ordinary times. Let's have a look.

You can't make a wish in a temple. First of all, please remember not to violate the desire of causality.

Buddhism believes that all methods are empty, but cause and effect are not empty. The law of causality is the highest natural law in the world. No one, even a bodhisattva, can violate causality. If you plant bad cause and effect and want to ask Buddha for good results, that is the desire to violate the law of cause and effect.

Bodhisattva is not a corrupt official, but a saint. Bodhisattva will not do anything that goes against the law of cause and effect. Meet the law of cause and effect, don't do anything that violates the law of cause and effect, and don't have the desire to violate the law of cause and effect.

Good causes have good results, and evil causes have results. This is the eternal law of cause and effect. Those who abide by this law will get good luck. Those who violate this law are bound to bring misfortune.

Secondly, remember not to undermine the wishes of others.

When you worship a bodhisattva, don't make a wish to harm others. It only means that you are too stupid. Making such a wish is not only selfish, but even harmful to yourself. Many people want revenge for being hurt by others, so they will use various means, even go to the Buddha and ask him to alleviate the disaster to others. Such a foolish idea will only bring disaster to yourself.

Third, remember not to allow unrealistic wishes.

Some people often like to go to the Buddha and ask for the big prize in the Buddha. Don't talk to Buddha and Bodhisattva about this unrealistic idea in the future.

Fourth, remember not to pray for wealth and fame before the Buddha.

If you are a secular person and don't believe in Buddhism, then worshipping Buddha is only for money. Anyone who believes in Buddhism, studies Buddhism, and believes in Buddhism, it is best not to ask for money or fame and fortune from Buddhism, because Buddhism does not advocate seeking these things. Learning Buddhism means keeping inner purity, less desires and less troubles.

Especially the fame and fortune in the world, it is best not to be greedy. When you are bound by these fame and power, you can't get the gospel and liberation. Buddha said that fame and fortune only hinder your suffering, and we need to give up as soon as possible.

Even if you don't give up, don't be greedy, because these are not available, and the Buddha won't give you something you don't like, so we don't ask for it. These are all expressions of blessing. Fame comes naturally.

You can't make a wish in a temple. First of all, when you make a wish, you must pay attention. Must be specific and clear, not vague. For example, I wish to be rich all my life, to be safe all my life, and so on, all of which are not wishes. How much money do you want to bless you, whether it is a lifetime wealth, not many diseases, and whether it is safe all your life, so this wish must be in the foreseeable future, so it must be appropriate when making a wish;

He can work hard for his wishes according to his actual situation, which is the same as Tang Priest's learning from the scriptures. He told Guanyin Bodhisattva that she wanted to learn from all sentient beings, get the true scriptures and get enlightenment. But if he doesn't make efforts to understand the Eighty-one Difficult Classics himself, even if the Bodhisattva wants to help him, there is nothing he can do. Make a wish, realize a wish, and work hard;

It is also essential. Therefore, people often say that it is best not to ask other living bodhisattvas for the same wish during the wishing period, so as to ensure inner piety. This is the same reason that we often say that we don't doubt people.

Of course, we can't just make a wish without thinking about it, which is equivalent to a process of our hearts. After our college informs the gods of our wishes, we should make constant efforts to realize them ourselves, and this is homesickness, which is equivalent to a guide to push us to realize our wishes. We work hard for it and form a causal cycle.

But when we make a wish, we'd better follow the correct etiquette, so we'd better make a wish where we wish. If it is really inconvenient, you can also have a temple with the same statue nearby and make a wish.

When you make a wish, you'd better explain where you wish and why you can't go, or you can do good deeds, but it's best to make it correspond to your wishes, such as seeking the best health and releasing people. For those who seek money and jobs, it is best to give charity to fulfill their vows and so on.

Can't go to the temple to make a wish 3 Why can't you go to the temple in the afternoon?

Generally speaking, from the Buddhist belief, Lingyin Temple can't go in the afternoon. In other words, all temples should not go to worship in the afternoon, because the time from noon 12 to evening 12 is late, and people generally don't choose to get married late or simply worship bodhisattva. It is better to worship in the morning, which represents respect for the bodhisattva.

If it is an ordinary ceremony, you can go in the afternoon, just follow your heart. On the other hand, Lingyin Temple covers a large area, and many people don't visit it until two or three in the afternoon, but if they go in the afternoon, they generally don't have enough time to play, so it doesn't mean that they can't go in the afternoon, just that the afternoon is not suitable. If there is nothing to ask the Bodhisattva, you can go in the afternoon if you don't mind the lack of time.

Forbidden to go to temples.

1, you should be vegetarian before you go to the temple to burn incense, and you can't get oil or meat.

To burn incense and worship Buddha, we must understand a truth. We are not burning incense for the bodhisattva, nor are we vegetarian for the bodhisattva. But according to the meaning of Bodhisattva, if you don't make sacrifices and eat the flesh of all beings, you will increase your compassion and dye it clean, and naturally you will have wisdom and blessing and get everything you want.

2. When entering the temple gate, walk to the right and lift your feet left and right.

Generally, temple buildings have several doors, and the highest one is the door. It is said that only temples with lights on are eligible. And when you go to the temple to burn incense, you should also pay attention to which door you enter. The three doors in the middle are for people to enter and leave.

The middle door is an "empty door" for family members to enter and leave, and ordinary tourists can only take the right door. Pay attention to the order of stepping on your feet when you enter the door. Men step on their left feet first, and women step on their right feet first. Especially don't step on the threshold.

Burn incense with your left hand after entering the temple, don't blow incense with your mouth.

Don't use the killer's hand to light incense when burning incense. You should hold incense in your left hand and candle in your right, because most people kill chickens with their right hands and cut fish with their right hands. If they are left-handed, the opposite is true. Don't blow the incense with your mouth after it is lit. Give it a hard lift and it will go out naturally. Of course, you can also fan it out by hand. When bowing, the left hand is on the top, and the right hand holds the incense, which needs to be raised above the head.

4, kowtow after entering the incense, look for the Buddha, and touch the ground with two palms.

In folk customs, after bowing, you can burn incense in the incense burner and kowtow in the temple. But when you kowtow, you need to look for the Buddha, bodhisattva or arhat, instead of slamming at the Tibetan Buddha.

The posture of bowing is also very particular. You should kneel on the futon, put your hands together, palms down, hold your head high, and slowly stop to make a wish. Then spread your hands down to your heart, palms up, head on the ground, palms on your forehead, indicating that your head touches the Buddha's foot and you are respectful and sincere.
