Sleepiness and injury

I have been able to sleep since junior high school, and now I have been working for one year before I realize that this is a disease … I have all four symptoms.

I don't want to say that I have always been particularly able to sleep. In high school, I basically slept when I went to school, woke up and slept until I went to school (but it was also because I was so decadent that I completely gave up studying). In college, I can't sleep all day now, but I can easily doze off. Then I fell asleep because I had lunch with my colleagues, and I was laughed many times. I have been laughed at because of sleepiness before, and I have had inferiority complex.

Even more stressful, once I fell asleep while driving ... Although I woke up a second later, I was still scared ... In fact, I usually fell asleep while repeating monotonous things. Sleep paralysis and sleep hallucinations
