It involves five towns (streets), namely Xinbi Street, Huzhen, Dayang Town, Wuyun Street and Xiandu Street, and Jinyun Economic Development Zone 1 development zone. Xinbi Street, located in the north of Jinyun County, Lishui City, adjacent to Yongkang City, Jinhua City, started planning and construction in March 2003, and was approved as a provincial industrial park by the National Development and Reform Commission and the provincial government in March 2006.
