Which Kyushu is Xuzhou?

As a geographical area, ancient Xuzhou does not refer to a specific city now. Its geographical scope is north of Huaihe River, south of Mount Tai and west of Yellow Sea, involving northern Jiangsu, northern Anhui and southern Shandong.

Xuzhou is one of the Kyushu in Chinese culture. The ancients divided China into nine regions, so-called "Kyushu". According to the records in Shangshu Gong Yu, Kyushu is Jizhou, Yuzhou, Yanzhou, Qingzhou, Xuzhou, Yangzhou, Jingzhou, Liangzhou and Yongzhou.
