Li Pan (1July 2, 655-1May 9, 728) was born in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. The ancestral home of Hebei is calm. In the Yuan Dynasty, he moved to Cheng Ziyuan Village, Liangzhai Town, Feng County, and moved to Liulou Village, Dasha Town, Feng County since the second ancestor.

At the end of the Ming Dynasty, ancestors moved from the first four floors of Fengxian County to Hubu Mountain in Xuzhou, where Li Pan was born. He was born in a scholarly family. Grandfather Li Xiangyang was a juren in the late Ming Dynasty.

His father Li Mao was a tribute of the Ming Dynasty. Today, Panzuju, Huanglou, Liangzhai Town, Fengxian County, Xuzhou City, has a champion tablet garden and a memorial hall, which are key cultural relics protection units in Fengxian County.

Li Pan is from Xuzhou, Jiangsu. The word Li Xian,No. Gen 'an,No. Lacey. Born on May 29th in the 12th year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1655), he died on the first day of April in the 6th year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1728) at the age of 73. Born in a scholarly family, poetic and intelligent, he entered Dr. Pan at the age of 28.

36 years old; 43 years old (thirty-six years of Kangxi), the only scholar in Xuzhou in Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the thirty-sixth year of Emperor Kangxi's imperial examination, he was appointed as the first scholar in the first imperial academy by Emperor Kangxi, and was awarded the title of imperial academy.

In the thirty-eighth year of Kangxi (A.D. 1699), Li Pan, who was appointed by the imperial court as the examiner of Shuntianfu Provincial Examination, was slandered and sentenced to exile. Three years later, he was sent back to his hometown and wrote a book behind closed doors until he died a natural death.

The author of Accidental Collection handed down from generation to generation. Dongpo He Fangting and Diamond Sutra are regarded as treasures by the world, but they have been lost. Now there is the former site of the Champion House in Hubu Mountain of Xuzhou, and there are three kinds of inscriptions written by it on Yunlong Mountain.

In 2004, Mr. Li Hongmin presided over the completion of the Champion Monument Garden, which contained many precious historical sites such as Li Pan's Letter to Mother, and became one of the important historical relics in Fengxian County.
