On the morning of April 17, Yishan Academy was officially opened in Yishan. Former Vice Chairman of Weifang City, Deputy Director of Weifang Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, Secretary of Linqu County Committee, Li Zhi, Standing Committee of Linqu County Committee, Director of Office, Minister of Propaganda Department, and Zhang, Deputy Head of Linqu County Government. The unveiling ceremony was presided over by Liu Jianguo, director of the County Records Office of Linqu County.

Yishan Academy was founded by Mr. Xue Mo. At the same time, it is also the office of the book studio of Xuemo Book Center of China Encyclopedia Publishing House. At the ceremony, Dean Xue Mo delivered a speech: "Thanks to the Linqu County Party Committee and the county government represented by Secretary Gu Jianhua for their support to the Academy. We feel the care from the county party committee and government in every detail, which is very warm. This is an important reason for the landing of Lushan Academy. " At the same time, Dean Xue Mo thanked Minister Tan, Senior Colonel Zeng Xianliang, Mr. Wang and other people of insight, as well as friends such as Jiang, Mr. Wang and Mr. Wang, and friends from all walks of life in Linqu represented by Mr. Weiguang Wu and Mr. Zhang Lijun for their support and care for the Academy.

Talking about the reason why I like to rely on mountains, "because relying on mountains brings people a feeling of home", Mr. Xue Mo said. "Wherever I go, I always want to go back to Yishan." Dean Xue Mo praised Yishan as a land of aura and beautiful scenery, and Linqu people have warm, sincere and simple characters, which is also the unique tone of this land. Therefore, the first step of Yishan Academy's future planning is to excavate Linqu local culture and freeze the disappearing agricultural civilization for the world. The second step is to cultivate outstanding talents, including cultural talents and literary talents, facing the whole country. The third step is to serve the people of Linqu in a down-to-earth manner under the leadership of the Linqu County Party Committee and the county government, so that there are more foreign cultural genes in Linqu, so that many cultures collide with each other and make Linqu culture more extensive and profound.

At the same time, Dean Xue Mo said that he is planning to build a cultural center next to the reservoir in Yishan Scenic Area. By then, the center will face the whole country and conduct systematic enrollment training. If opportunities are ripe, a larger academy will be built, hoping to leave a cultural landscape as famous as Yuelu Academy. Dean Xue Mo hopes that if there are like-minded friends from all walks of life, they will participate together and sincerely contribute to Linqu culture.

Subsequently, President Qingde Wang, Secretary Gu Jianhua and Dean Xue Mo unveiled the Yishan Academy. Dean Xue Mo also donated books to Linqu County 13 Township Cultural Station, with 39 kinds of books, totaling 767 volumes, coded as 24 180 yuan, in order to prosper Linqu culture.

Later, accompanied by Dean Xue Mo, the leaders visited the library of Yishan Academy. Everyone praised it for its exquisiteness and elegance, and its large collection of books. The chairman also personally inscribed a poem entitled "Reading Feelings" by Zhu, a Neo-Confucianism scholar in the Song Dynasty, and presented it to Yishan Academy.
