? As early as the early 1930s, a group of farmers' children from Shajiabang Town went to Shanghai to study "foreign coppersmith", which was actually the earliest mold worker in China, including the "Yellow Hair Story" founded by Shajiabang native Huang. Huang, 1886, was born in Hudianli, a small village near Kuncheng Lake in the north of Hengjing Town. He was a coppersmith in primary school and couldn't read. On the eve of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he left home for Shanghai to "go it alone" because of the famine, and ran alleys in Shanghai with his own skills to repair copper and iron instruments for the citizens to make a living. At that time, the boss of a Japanese glass factory asked Huang, "Can you repair these glass products molds that are about to be scrapped?" Master Huang looked back and forth for a long time and said, "I'll take one back first and return the original tomorrow." The Japanese boss agreed. Master Huang came home, thinking about this pig iron thing in his hand, thinking, isn't this iron thing? You can try. With his exquisite craftsmanship, he not only repaired the old mold, but also made a new mold. Perhaps this is the first glass mold made by hand in China. When the goods were delivered the next day, the Japanese boss was surprised and thought: China has such a superior person. Since then, a large number of molds in this glass factory have not been shipped back to China, and all of them have been repaired by Huang. With the increase of business, Huang soon started a mold factory called "Machine" to produce and repair glass molds. At first, there were only 10 belt lathes, more than 30 migrant workers recruited from their hometown, dusty factories and dusty workers, all of whom belonged to the Yellow Sect, which was the first in Shanghai and even the whole country at that time. It is no exaggeration to say that he trained the first generation of mold workers for China. Later, Huang sponsored his apprentice Zhao Gongtai (also from Hudian) to set up a mold factory. Since then, the two mold factories founded by Shajiabang people are based in Shanghai and enjoy a good reputation throughout the country. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Shajiabang area became Su Changtai's anti-Japanese guerrilla base, and the New Fourth Army mobilized a group of skilled workers familiar with metalworking from the Shanghai Mould Factory to the base and established an arsenal. The so-called arsenal actually has only some iron piers, hammers, pliers, stoves and so on. There are also boats for transfer. Therefore, locals call it a gun repair shop. The Gun Workshop was established in June of 1940 and June of 10, and has been active in Caodang, Huangqiao, Zhangji, Changbang, Sijing, Baojiaba, Shuanghebang and other villages ever since. Director Su and instructor are Cheng Yuan successively. They used simple tools to repair old guns, homemade grenades, bayonets and modified old bullets for the New Fourth Army, and gradually developed into turning sand with scrap iron. Once, the Japanese army suddenly entered the village, and Sun, a young man from Huangqiao, disguised the ship repairing the gun station as a blind fortune-telling ship and escaped the Japanese search. On another occasion, the Japanese army rushed to Baojiaba, and Song, the little girl of the landlord's family, hid some old guns in the woodpile and let the Japanese army fan the air. 194 1 April, the scale of gun repair workshop was expanded. In order to prevent accidents, they left their hometown and moved to a safer place. They made an indelible contribution to War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's victory.

? After the founding of New China, Huang and Zhao Gongtai merged with other small factories and established the Shanghai Lean Glass Mould Factory. The scale has been expanding, and a number of apprentices have been recruited in my hometown, which has trained a large number of mold production professionals for China. Huang 1966 died in Shanghai, but his apprentice was trained all over the country. In the late 1970s, these peasant children who were born in Shajiabang Town became first-class domestic mold masters with comprehensive skills. After retirement, they all returned to their hometown and brought their glass mold manufacturing technology back to their hometown, becoming "pioneers" in the development of Shajiabang mold industry. 1In April, 974, Shajiabang Town set up Commune Glass Mould Factory and Hubang Glass Mould Factory almost at the same time, which was the earliest collective enterprise in Shajiabang Town. At that time, both mold factories achieved good benefits. Hubang Brigade implemented the policy of subsidizing agriculture with industry and the price of national commodity grain, which encouraged and promoted the development of agricultural production and became an advanced brigade in the county. The successful experience of Hubang Brigade in establishing mold factories led neighboring villages such as Wang Miao, Pan Yong, Shuangbang, Caobang, Huangcao, Shuinan, Xiabang, Qiandang, Caodang and Xushi to establish 13 glass mold factories, and by the end of 1990, there were more than 30 glass mold factories. Among these Shanghai masters, there are more than a dog-supported Mutual Bond Mould Factory and more than a dog-supported and Deng Genxing-supported Shuangbang Mould Factory. Pan Hong Mould Factory supported by Master Huang Gensheng; Shinan Mould Factory supported by Master Xie Fumin; Former swing mold factory supported by Master Weng Jinhai; Town Mould Factory supported by Master Li Songlin; Wang Cao Mould Factory supported by Master A; Oriental Mould Factory supported by Master Zhou Liansheng. They also trained a group of mold masters and their inheritors, and became the technical backbone of Shajiabang glass mold manufacturing enterprises. They undertook the glass mold manufacturing business from all over the country and formed their own characteristics. Soon, they were officially named as "Hometown of Moulds in china glass" by China Daily Glass Association.

1996, Changshu Seiko Glass Mould Co., Ltd. purchased the first CNC lathe. On September 29th, 1998, Shajiabang Town Glass Mould Association was formally established, with its president Zhao Yiyuan. Mold enterprises have developed together and jointly registered the trademark of "Shajiabang Mold". Among them, mold enterprises with a certain scale have introduced science and technology, increased investment, and fully realized CNC lathing, computer drawing, equipment modernization and process automation, which is full of vitality. Since then, the whole town has shown a pattern of economic extroversion, community layout, enterprise collectivization, product technology and diversified management. 200 1 After China's entry into WTO, the leading enterprises in the industry, Seiko and Jianhua Mould Factory, took the lead in undertaking the first batch of foreign trade business. Subsequently, a number of key enterprises successively obtained independent export rights. In just a few years, the products have successively entered the high-end markets of more than 20 countries, such as Japan, the United States, Germany, France, Belgium and Italy, and established close cooperative relations with the world's top and well-known domestic daily glass enterprises. Since then, the reputation of "Hometown of Moulds in china glass" has been well-known in the world. 201212 In February, China Daily Glass Association came to Shajiabang Town for investigation and was awarded the title of "china glass Mould Industry Base".

20 17 1 1 month, the first Shajiabang glass mould capital in China was successfully declared. Since then, Shajiabang has not only Aqingsao, but also hairy crabs and a glass mold capital. When you walk around the street corner, you may see a glass mold company in your eyes, and traces of time are engraved on the simple outer wall. A poet can't help singing: roaming Shajiabang, a new scene of the capital of molds, fine products going abroad one after another, and solidified music playing.

From Huangfa machinery to lean glass mold factory, from the hometown of molds to the capital of molds, this is an uneven course. In recent years, the master has accepted apprentices, generation after generation, batch after batch. There are 1 10 enterprises engaged in mold production in the town, and there are more than 6,000 workers engaged in mold production. On this basis, the innovation platform of Shajiabang glass mould industry was established. Today, three-quarters of the glass molds in the national market are produced in Shajiabang, and more than 6.5438+0.5 million sets of glass molds are sold all over the world from here every year. In the global mold purchasing market, Shajiabang's mold share is as high as 90%.
