Is Li Bi's historical prototype really a "little fox"?

In fact, Li Bi's prototype is the Taoist priest of the Tang Dynasty and the Prime Minister of the Four Dynasties, but Li Bi is definitely not a fox in history. No matter what kind of history, the real characters in history will not be foxes, and most of them are adapted from TV dramas.

Historically, Li Bi was clever since childhood, but he was a child prodigy, so Tang Xuanzong loved him even more. Li Bi is also an honest official. Someone once framed him and said that he wanted to rebel, but the Qing Dynasty was self-righteous. To this end, Li Bi guaranteed herself with her own life. Finally, his persistence made him an important official in the imperial court.

Later generations deified him as a little fox, which was also related to his later seclusion. However, when he lived in seclusion, the emperor died, and when he became the new emperor, he was recalled. Because people like him are very precious, Li Bi still has a very important position in history, but the story that he is a little fox is definitely not an accurate history. In history, many legends about Su Daji being possessed by a fox are false, and Li Bi just experienced many things.

So in order to attract the audience's attention, Li Bi was fictional as a little fox in later TV series. So in history, Li Bi was just a talented and capable person in the imperial court. I don't think he can be the incarnation of the fox at any point in the historical records.
