Since the early 1980s, Louguantai has held an ancient temple fair every February 10, lasting seven to ten days. It is both magnificent and famous. Qihui Village includes Donglou Village, Bajiazhuang Village, Shengcun Village, Tayu Village, Yu Tai Village, Dianzhen Village, Dazhangzhaizi Village and Doucun Village. The big wax presented by Doucun weighs 100 kilograms, with exquisite shape and excellent technology. Centered from the inside out, there are birds and beasts carved around, with distinct levels and diverse patterns.

It is usually installed in the paper-tied octagonal pavilion, carried by four people, and the gongs and drums in Donglou Village are cleared, walking in the front of the sacrificial procession. Behind them is the ceremonial procession of the paper-wrapped village, which is decorated with arches, colorful pavilions, ancient pagodas and other shapes. Each village has six to twelve paper sticks decorated with mythical figures and classical opera stories, which are colorful and lifelike. On both sides of the sacrificial procession in each village, there are two or four "horse horns", holding iron waist knives with yellow flowers in their hands, as if intoxicated, waving knives with their eyes closed and running before and after.

When people saw it, they retreated one after another, ensuring the smooth progress of the sacrificial procession. The 10th day of February is the climax of the temple fair. From the South Ring Road to the podium, the north-south road is crowded with people. Cigarettes are everywhere, bells and drums are loud and people are buzzing. More than 500,000 believers and Taoists came to attend the meeting.

In a meeting, there are often two big plays. Within two miles of Fiona Fang, Fiona Fang, there are acrobatics, circus, singing and dancing, magic, juggling, selling medicines and fortune telling. There are so many things to see in department stores, snacks, game, flowers and trees, farm tools for livestock, greenhouses and stalls. In front of the lectern, people burn incense and paper, draw lots for divination, and shake numbers to make wishes. After dusk, the Laozi temple was crowded with devout middle-aged and elderly believers.

A group of them came, organized a class by themselves, and recited freely. Some are recited by one person, and some are recited by two or more people. After a group of reciting, one group after another, one after another, there is no gap. Most of the content is to persuade people to accumulate virtue and do good deeds. These people stay up all night and have the same spirit. A few days, they recited scriptures for several nights in a row at the temple fair, willingly.
