The student associations and organizations in Huang Chaoyang Tucheng Middle School mainly include: Student Union and Youth League Committee.

The eight departments of the Student Union are: Liye Literature Society, Accommodation Co-management Department, Civilization Supervision Department, Life Department, Propaganda Department, Learning Department, Culture and Sports Department and National Flag Team. The student union is led by the Political and Educational Affairs Office, aiming at serving the teachers and students of the whole school.

The Youth League Committee is affiliated to Sheng Middle School in Chaoyang District, Communist Youth League City. Under the leadership of the secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of our school, we will further inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the Communist Youth League, enhance the sense of social responsibility and historical mission of the youth members, set a spiritual benchmark for middle school students in the new era, and enhance the cohesion of the Communist Youth League. Accommodation Co-management Department: under the jurisdiction of the building management group and volunteer group.

Main work: assist the dormitory office, check the number of people absent from morning exercises every day, participate in the dormitory health appraisal every Thursday, and maintain the warranty items of the dormitory.

Civilization supervision department: divided into five groups, Monday group and Tuesday group.

Main work: "Good draft with appointment" activity; It is broadcast internally every Tuesday and Thursday, providing the latest entertainment information, sports news, current affairs news, anime news, etc. All kinds of blackboard newspapers are printed on the blackboards on all floors of the teaching area.
