I. Market environment

1. Setting area: the second-hand market is set in White Park of Xixia County, 1 3m * 2m booth, with a spacing of 1- 1.5m, with 70 booths in total.

2. Operation time: 18: 00-22: 00.

3. Scope of business

Flea market stalls: clothing, shoes and bags, ornaments, books, handicrafts, daily necessities, antique jade, etc.

Prohibited category: it is forbidden to deal in alcohol and tobacco, inflammable and explosive dangerous chemicals and articles of unknown origin, and it is forbidden to enter the market for gambling, word testing, fortune telling, practicing medicine and buying medicines without permission.

Second, the registration method

1, the second-hand market implements the operator's filing and approval system. Follow the principle of "openness, fairness and justice", give priority to low-income groups such as laid-off workers, unemployed college students and disabled people living in urban areas, and implement the real-name certification and registration system for booths;

2. Registration time: 8: 00 a.m.-1:30 a.m. and 6: 5438+05: 00 p.m.-17: 00 p.m. on May 20, 2022, until the registration is full.
