After the rescue of Yincui gorge, the black witch was very ill and chased after Daxiangshan, threatening the Yin family with an accident caused by Ma Yin who risked her life to rescue and carefully raise Miaoshan. The plan failed, and Miao Yin's father and daughter were pushed off the cliff, trying to be good at death.

Miaoshan experienced all kinds of magic difficulties and grew up. He attended classes at midnight and devoted himself to Buddhism. Inspired by the Buddha, together with her adoptive father, she tried her best to treat the people in the mountains and help them live in harmony with their neighbors. Knowing that Huo Yu was more eager to usurp the throne, the witch informed Yincui gorge of her whereabouts, saying that Miao Shan was the biggest obstacle to seize the throne. So they conspired to stage a series of sinister and cruel farce.

In Guanyun Cave, it was finally destroyed by Miao Shan with a treasure box and a clean bottle given by the Buddha. Miao Shan asked Wang to rebuild Baique Temple, and she and her two apprentices also made a positive result and ascended to heaven. She was named Guanyin Bodhisattva by the Buddha.
