Shang Xiao Bridge, the first bridge in China is in Linying County.

Xiaoshangqiao in Linying County is located in Shangqiao Village, Huangdimiao Township, facing Xiaoshanghe (formerly Xiaohe Yinhe) in the north and south. Xiaoshangqiao was built in Sui Huangkai for four years; Maintenance of Tang Gaozu; It was rebuilt in the period of Yan You and Zheng De from Yuan Qing to Ming Dynasty. Xiaoshang Bridge is the oldest stone arch bridge in Henan Province. The main structure of this bridge is the style of the early Northern Song Dynasty, and it is one of the famous bridges in China. The main body of the bridge-arch bridge, bridge foundation and wild goose wings are all red sandstone, the deck is paved with bluestone, and the railings are carved with different forms of stone lions, lotus seats and Xiantao, which are finely carved and vividly shaped.

1992 Mr. Luo, the leader of National Cultural Heritage Administration ancient architecture expert group and a famous ancient architecture expert, visited Xiaoshangqiao. At that time, the repair plan of Xiaoshangqiao was reported by the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau to National Cultural Heritage Administration for approval; 1994 completed the maintenance of Xiaoshangqiao.
