Is fortune telling allowed in Weibo?

Baidu knows that numerology fortune telling belongs to entertainment. I think it is very scientific. No matter which fortune-telling method, there are practical theories for reference. But fate is changeable, and fate is not absolute: a grave, two houses and three people, so we can't believe it all.
