Is it the origin of Huanggu District that Taizu adopted a daughter incognito?

In order to realize the evil plot to further control the Northeast, the Japanese invaders planned an explosion to assassinate the "Northeast King". At 5: 30 a.m. on June 4th, 1928, the special car of Zhang, the warlord leader and the security commander in chief of the three northeastern provinces, drove to bridge opening, where the Shenyang Huanggutun Station is located at the intersection of the Tokyo-Manchuria Railway. There was a loud noise, and the car was blown over by explosives buried under the bridge in advance by the Japanese Kwantung Army. Zhang was seriously injured and died four hours later. This is the "Huanggutun Incident" that caused a sensation at home and abroad in China's modern history. The Huanggutun incident opened the prelude to Japan's accelerated armed invasion of China, and the place name "Huanggutun" spread all over the world overnight.

Because of the Huanggutun incident, many people know that there are Huanggutun and Huanggu District in Shenyang, but few people know that these two place names originated from an earlier temple in Shenyang-Huanggu Temple.

Huanggu Temple, located in the shanty town of Guangming Street, Tiexi District, Shenyang, has a history of 300 years and is full of legends and stories. Because it was demolished during the Cultural Revolution, there are only a few temple ruins and a lotus stone pedestal left in broken walls, which gradually fade away in people's memory with the passage of time.

According to experts' research, until the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Huanggu Temple was still very complete, with brick walls inside and a temple and a yard with earth walls outside. Huanggu Temple has three ridged gatehouses, with two gates side by side, and rows of copper nails on the door panels. There are three halls in the courtyard, facing south, and there is a lotus-based stone tablet in the center of the hall on the left, with the dragon playing pearl as the faucet. Every year on Qingming, July 15th and the first day of October, the incense here is flourishing, and the crowds of good men and women are spectacular.

There is a beautiful legend about Huanggutun and Huanggu Temple. More than 300 years ago, the Qing emperor Nurhachi visited privately. He was exhausted when he arrived at the shanty town of Guangming Street, and rested in front of a farmer. This family has a daughter named osmanthus, who is kind-hearted. Seeing that the old man was travel-stained and living in distress, she invited him to boil water at home and cook for him. Nurhachi was very moved and proposed to recognize Guihua as her adopted daughter. The two became father and daughter with different surnames. Before leaving, Nurhachi confessed that Osmanthus fragrans wanted to go to the city to find her adoptive father, so she looked for the highest and most imposing house. These days, osmanthus missed her adoptive father and went to town with her husband, only to know that her adoptive father was the emperor. Nurhachi intends to move osmanthus to the palace to enjoy the happiness. Unexpectedly, osmanthus is not greedy for wealth, but still willing to return to work. Nurhachi gave him a lot of treasures to send him home. Osmanthus fragrans was buried outside the village after his death, and the Huanggu Temple was officially built as a memorial. Later, it was renamed Huanggutun. According to the introduction of the local elderly, the shanty town of Guangming Street in Tiexi District, Shenyang City was originally named Zhegutun in the western suburbs. Huanggu Temple was renamed Huanggutun after it was built, which is a natural village in Shenyang County. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Japanese imperialism established narrow-gauge railways and launched the "Russo-Japanese War". Transport military supplies from Xinmin Station to Japan Station (now Shenyang Station). The railway divides Huanggutun into two parts. This railway is called Dahuanggutun in the south and Xiaohuanggutun in the north.

Xiaohuanggutun later built the famous Huanggutun Railway Station. Dahuanggutun New China was renamed Guangming Street after its establishment. 1906, the Qing government repurchased the railway rights. 1907, the Jingfeng Railway went from Xinmin to Huanggutun, and Huanggutun Station was the terminal of the Jingfeng Railway at that time. Later, the terminal was extended to the city, and Jingfeng Terminal was renamed Fengtian Terminal. Huanggutun Station was renamed Huanggu Grave Station at that time, and then it was restored as Huanggutun Station.

At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Shenyang at that time was desolate except for the buildings in Shenhe and Heping District. Huanggutun was economically developed because of the opening and end of the railway. Huanggutun Chamber of Commerce is located in the third section of Tianshan Road, with more than 30 firms, warehouses and pharmacies. Restaurants, oil mills, watch shops, silversmiths' shops, lettering clubs, photo studios, post offices and many other places. Several primary schools in Huanggutun are all early schools in Shenyang, and the scale is also very large.

Huanggutun area is in a special position, because it is close to Fengtian City in economy, politics, culture, education, transportation and many other aspects. 19 13, Huanggutun area was included in the sixth special zone of Fengtian city, and the sixth police department was established. 1928 "Huanggutun Incident" made Huanggutun a world-famous place. 1935 65438+ 10, the pseudo-Fengtian municipal government implemented the "Fengtian City Regulations" and began to formally set up Huanggu District and Beiling District. Huanggu District Office is located at No.51,North Street Office, Second Section of Tianshan Road, Huanggu District. It has jurisdiction over Sanguan Street, Dabao Street, Dacheng Street, Taiping Street, Dayuan Street and Daxiang Street. The seven sub-offices cover an area of 18 square kilometers. From June 65438 to June 0948, Huanggu District was divided into Huanggu District, Beiling District and Tawan District. 1948165438+1On October 2nd, the People's Government of Shenyang Special City merged Huanggu, Beiling and Tawan into one area, and named it Huanggu District. 1966, Huanggu District was renamed Hongwei District, 1973, and the title of "Huanggu District" was restored to this day.

It can be said that in the ancient city of Shenyang, Huanggu District is the only urban area that comes from folk customs. Surprisingly, however, although Huanggu District came from Huanggu Temple, it has been proved by archaeology that what Huanggu Temple commemorates and buries is actually not the village girl osmanthus, but a prince of Qing Dynasty. The so-called Huanggu Grave should actually be the tomb of Prince Jianyi. Prince Jane wearing a blue flag is the eighth son of Nurhachi's younger brother Zhuang, also known as Prince Jane and Master. Because Prince Jane's real name is Fingu, his grave is also called Fingu grave. The so-called Huanggu Tomb is probably the name of Fenggu Tomb that was mispronounced. However, Huanggu Grave has survived to this day because the legendary osmanthus girl can live and work in peace and contentment without envy of powerful people, which is more in line with the traditional virtues of China people.

With the demolition of shanty towns in Guangming Street, Huanggu Temple, which is about to disappear completely, will only become a place name allusion and beautiful legend in Shenyang in the future.
