A kind of anger card game seems to be a fortune teller. Does anyone know?

Put it upside down like this, then turn to the seventh row, stick the card on your hand, then put the old K together, take it away, and turn down. If you can't get any cards together, then put the cards together (not strict ~, I often get bored, and tidy up the cards in my hand. Some people say that they can't get together on the surface.
