Where is the Xiaoxitian Scenic Spot in Shanxi?

Shanxi Xiaoxitian Scenic Area is located in Fenghuang Mountain in the west of Xixian County, Linfen City.

Xiaoxitian, also known as Qianfo Temple, is located at the top of Fenghuang Mountain in the west of Xixian County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. It is a Buddhist temple, founded by Zen master Dongming in the second year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty. At first, it was named after thousands of Buddha statues in Daxiong Hall. Later, it was renamed "Xiaoxitian" to distinguish another Ming temple in the south of the city, "Daxitian".

Xixi Tian Quan Temple in Xixian County has a building area of 1 100 square meters. There are many temples, such as Daxiong Hall, Manjusri Hall, Pu Xian Hall, Infinite Hall, Tianwang Hall, Wei Tuo Hall, Dizang Hall, Bell Tower and Drum Tower. And the cave door is the door, separating the upper house, the middle court and the front yard. In fact, two-thirds of the temples are two-story buildings.

Xiaoxitian architectural structure

The Xiadian is the main body of the temple, and the Infinite Hall in the courtyard is built in the east. There are dozens of bronze buddhas and wooden pavilions, which are meditation halls for monks to recite scriptures. Opposite Wuji Hall is Wei Tuo Hall. Wei Tuo is carved like a whole nanmu, magnificent and lifelike. From both sides behind the Wei Tuo Temple, you can enter the "Doubtless Road" and "One Day" to reach the Lonely Child Peak.

The Upper Temple is the essence of the whole temple, with the main hall in front and Manjusri Hall opposite to Pu Xian Hall. There are five interconnected Buddhist niches in front of the Hall of Ursa Major. Buddha, Tomi, Sakyamuni, Pilu, Maitreya and other Buddhas sat on the lotus platform, each decorated with brocade, with self-possession and kind faces. The top ten disciples stood on both sides, with exquisite shapes, vivid expressions and implicit expressions.
