Can fortune tellers in China really tell fortune?

Some fortune tellers are accurate and some are not, and only relatively speaking, the average fortune teller will look at your face vaguely, or will trap your words in a semi-hypnotic way, and then say it from his mouth, you will feel accurate, and then give you some friendly advice (because you have to pay him).
