Will keeping snakes ward off evil spirits?

This belongs to feudal superstition. It should not be allowed at all. But often those fortune tellers and the like are very accurate. People have to believe it. I don't believe this now. But there is always a feeling that it is right. Ha ha. If you like snakes, keep them. You keep snakes because you like them, not to ward off evil spirits.
