I don't understand. I listen to Buddhist scriptures and recite Buddhist names every day. Why do I still have spring dreams?

Real practitioners don't dream like this. Listening to the scriptures and chanting Buddha itself is not a practice! There are as many as 84,000 ways to practice, among which chanting Buddha, holding spells and chanting Buddha are all methods. Buddhism is the only method, and there is only one method, that is, the understanding method. Practice that does not aim at understanding the mind and seeing nature is not real practice.
