Xingcheng Linhai Industrial Zone Management Committee consists of six institutions: Office, Foreign Publicity Office, Economic Development Bureau, Finance Bureau, Planning and Construction Bureau and China Merchants. 1, comprehensive office

Responsible for party affairs, government affairs, discipline inspection, organization and publicity, secretarial work, labor, finance, logistics and other work.

2. External Publicity Office

Responsible for the external publicity of the industrial zone.

3. The Economic Development Bureau is responsible for the compilation, statistics and safety production of the economic development plan and annual plan of the industrial zone, and coordinates and solves the difficulties and problems encountered in the production and operation of enterprises in the zone.

4. Finance Bureau

Responsible for financial revenue and expenditure management, policy procurement, financial fund supervision, state-owned assets management in industrial zones, and coordinating the work of tax authorities.

5. Planning and Construction Bureau

Responsible for the preparation of medium-and long-term economic development strategies and various planning plans for industrial zones; Responsible for the requisition and demolition of land and sea areas in the industrial park planning area; Responsible for the infrastructure construction of the industrial zone, as well as engineering survey and design, bidding, project management, quality supervision and construction acceptance.

6. Investment promotion in China

Responsible for the formulation and implementation of investment promotion policies in industrial zones, and establish and improve the investment promotion system. Organize investment promotion activities, establish project files in the region, assist projects in the region to complete the application and approval procedures, and provide full-time tracking agency services.
