What does Ge Yuan mean?

I was first named by a landlord in a post bar. I thought it was very literary, so I chose it myself as my code name and stage name.

My own meaning of this name is a broken kite.

Ge is the upper part of a kite, which means paper kite. Without the second half, Ge is like a kite without thread.

So, kite means a broken kite.
