It is 3 kilometers south of Fushui Town, Shangnan County. Jinzhongshan winds from north to south, and the mountains are undulating for more than 20 miles. Shenglong Village is the main peak of Jinzhong Mountain, and the Fushui River is on the Shandong side. Looking up at the mountain from the river, winding into a dragon, looking up at the main peak. The mountain is high and steep, and the main peak is abrupt, like an eagle preying. This is one of the famous water-rich landscapes.

Jinzhongshan, the top of which has the famous Jinzhong Temple, is built by the mountain, with three entrances, 1 hall from south to north, and 1 steps. The temples here are towering, with carved beams and painted buildings, cornices and upturned corners. There are buildings such as the mountain gate, Lingguan Hall, Drum Tower, Bell Tower, Guest Hall, Baizitang, Zutang, Doumu Palace and Guanyin Pavilion.

Legend has it that when Li Zicheng, the king of peasant rebels, was active in Shangluo Mountain, he once established "Jiuli Thirteen Villages" with Shenglong Village, the main peak of Jinzhongshan, as his headquarters. In the main village of the main peak, his wife Wang gave birth to a son, so Li Zicheng called it Dragon Village. Here, the local cloud of the Queen Mother who prayed for blessings in the Dai Li Palace is Mrs. Wang of Li Zicheng. He also said that Li Zicheng was killed in Jiugongshan, Hubei, and the bad news reached the main village of Jinzhongshan. Mrs. Wang hanged herself in tears and was buried in the mountain pass northwest of the main peak, so the mountain pass was named Xigong Pass. Now there are Wangjialou and Wangjiazhuang villages in Shandong Province, which are suspected to be Mrs. Li Zicheng's maiden. In recent years, when leveling farmland, an ancient tomb was dug up and handed down as Mrs. Wang's tomb.

According to the Records of Shangnan County, in the 15th year of Jiaqing of Renzong in Qing Dynasty (18 10), Yu Yan also accepted the instruction of fixing the wall and clearing the field, and built the Admiralty Cottage. At the top of the mountain, a stone fence with a width of 3 feet and a height of 7 feet was built along the ridge to form a mountain gate. Today, this site is still in sight.
