In this book, Shrek is always an ugly villain, taking ugliness as beauty and taking evil as pleasure. He has the power of ugliness, which can scare the flowers and trees on the roadside. He can scare the reptiles in the swamp at a glance, and the creatures on the road dare not avoid him when they see him. He was powerful and unafraid of warning. He broke into the Woods and defeated the dragon, the electric god, the thor and the rainstorm. They all fled, defeated the knight, and so on. The only thing that scares him is a detail. When he entered the castle, "hundreds of ugly monsters surrounded him." He was so scared that he could only spit out a little flame. Those terrible monsters, in turn, spit out flames like him.
