Why does the state prohibit the training of Chinese studies?

The reasons why the state has repeatedly banned the training of Chinese studies are as follows:

Chinese studies have been banned by the state because in recent years, some illegal institutions have taught related courses that do not conform to state regulations and affect the physical and mental health of minors under the guise of Chinese studies. Secondly, the General Office of the Ministry of Education recently issued "Several Provisions on Prohibiting Obstruction of Compulsory Education".
