What was Suining called in ancient times?

Suining was called Xiapi and Suiling in ancient times.

Sui (Su) Ning County, a county under the jurisdiction of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is named after the meaning of "Sui water" in the water system. Located in the northwest of Jiangsu Province and the southeast of Xuzhou City, it is an important wing of Xuzhou's "one city and two wings".
