I have a tick list APP on my mobile phone. I list everything as the most important and urgent first. As a result, I didn't finish my work. I did A and found that B was the most important thing, and then I didn't have time to do the most important thing, which naturally affected the next day. So I changed this list countless times. I just found out now that almost every day there are 1 important and urgent things or none. More things are important but not urgent and neither important nor urgent.

Last night, two comrades in the writing group I joined shared their most important habit: going to bed early and getting up early.
Even if this habit is a tipping point, it is also a single breakthrough. We are all eager to change, even to change quickly. The starting point of that change may be-going to bed early and getting up early.
As Archimedes said: Give me a fulcrum and I can pry up the earth. This fulcrum may be early to bed and early to rise.
I have the following reasons.
The plan of the day lies in the morning (if you don't go to bed early and get up early, you may have no energy this morning)
Prolonged your life (more than others 1-2 hours a day, how terrible it will be in the long run)
You can find more reasons to support this view (and make your skin better)
Note: This is going to bed early and getting up early, not getting up early. It is no use just getting up early. The reason for getting up early is to go to bed early (when is it early? Before 22 o'clock, 23 o'clock is the time for liver detoxification, get up before 6 o'clock in the morning).
It may not take 2 1 day or 66 days to form a habit, but it may take months or even a year. But even if you developed a good habit in 1 year, you can at least develop 10 habits in the past 10 year. However, we didn't get anything in this decade, so we gave up because we were too eager for success. This time from a point, from the most important thing, from the very beginning.
The book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People says that successful people often have the same seven habits. These seven habits are: initiative, starting from the end, giving priority, win-win thinking, knowing yourself, comprehensive effect and constant renewal.
Eight habits in eight years have surpassed most people. Let's start from the beginning. Start with going to bed early and getting up early. It's hard to grow up anyway. Let's do something right.
