Luanxian County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province is located in the northeast of Hebei Province, on the west bank of Luanhe River at the southern foot of Yanshan Mountain. The geographical location is11814' 3 "e-118 49' 45" n-39 34' 39 "-39 58' 25". It is 50.9 kilometers long from east to west and 43.8 kilometers wide from north to south.
