Why is Wangkui County called Shuanglong City?

There are two oolonggou. According to official website, Wangkui County People's Government, 1906, because there are Toudao and Erdao Wulonggou in the county, Wangkui was originally called "Shuanglong City". Because it is located in Gaogang and faces Bukui (now Qiqihar) far away, it is also called Wangkui, and it was officially renamed as Wangkui County in 19 18. Wangkui County belongs to Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, located in the middle of Heilongjiang Province, in the hinterland of Songnen Plain.
