What does "thrush" mean?

The happiness of thrush refers to the story of Zhang Chang thrush.

So he personally led Jizhou officials, dispatched hundreds of cars, surrounded Guang Chuan Palace, and directly ordered Liu Diao and others to search out from the palace, immediately beheaded them all and hung them outside the palace. Zhang Chang stayed in Jizhou for more than a year, and all the thieves in Jizhou disappeared. Later, Xuan Di appointed Zhang Chang as Taitou of Taiyuan. Only one year after taking office, Taiyuan County has been well managed.
