The Historical Evolution of qujiang district

Qujiang district has a long history, originally named Quxian, which was founded in the third year of Chuping in the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 192) and was named Xin 'an at that time. Later, it was renamed Xin 'an and Xi 'an, and it was renamed Quxian in the first year of the Republic of China.

In the third year of the Eastern Han Dynasty (192), Taimu County was assigned to Xin 'an County. It was the beginning of the establishment of Quxian County, and it still belongs to Huiji County.

In the 23rd year of Jian 'an (2 1 August), Xin 'an County belonged to Dingyang County.

In the first year of Baoding in the Three Kingdoms (226), Xin 'an County was changed to Dongyang County.
