Who wrote Woong San in Tianjin Water Park?

The exhibition "1977-2017" of Mr. Feng Jicai's literary works for forty years was held in Shuixiangzhou College of Tianjin Water Park. Mr Feng Jicai also wrote an inscription for Tianjin Water Park (Woong San).

Tianjin Water Park, formerly known as Qinglong Lake, as a scenic spot, its history can be traced back to the beginning of last century. On July 195 1 day, it was officially opened to tourists, and it was known as Xiaoxizi in the north. It is the largest park in Tianjin. Because it is composed of three lakes in the east, west and south and 1 1 islands, it is named water park.
