Celebrating the 0/00th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party/KLOC-A Special Exhibition of Contemporary oracle calligraphy Famous Works and Introduction

□ Yang Muqing

Celebrating the 0/00th anniversary of the founding of the Party/KLOC-is an important event for the people of China. The whole world attracts worldwide attention, celebrating in different ways, remembering the glorious course of the party and looking forward to the blueprint of the party!

On this occasion, it is very good that Hao, as a new generation of online media people, can carefully plan such a special exhibition. Together with 75 China painters and calligraphers' new media exhibition commemorating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations, United Nations Chinese Day 24, China and 24 solar terms written by China calligraphers, China history written by contemporary artists, United Nations Chinese Day 202 1, China artists' response to the United Nations initiative with China traditional culture, Earth Day, micro-exhibition of Chinese and foreign famous writers writing about the community of human destiny, and commemoration of China's recovery.

On the road of inheriting and innovating China's excellent traditional culture, more people with lofty ideals are needed to do a good job in this cause handed down from generation to generation, which is conducive to the great development and unity of the Chinese nation and the peaceful coexistence, harmony and beauty of the people of the world!

Oracle Bone Inscriptions more than 3,000 years ago is an important embodiment of Chinese civilization. It is unique in the world to raise it to the height of calligraphy art. oracle calligraphy is a branch of Oracle Bone Inscriptions, and it is an essential link in studying and studying Oracle Bone Inscriptions. This point has initially reached a consensus in Oracle Bone Inscriptions circles at home and abroad. If you don't know China's calligraphy and Oracle Bone Inscriptions's calligraphy art, it's probably never worthwhile to learn "Oracle Bone Inscriptions"!

Since Oracle Bone Inscriptions was paid attention to in 1899 and became the object of international academic research, under the specific social, cultural and historical environment, most of the older generation of Oracle Bone Inscriptions scholars have made outstanding achievements in oracle calligraphy. Such as Sun Yirang (1848- 1908), Luo Zhenyu (1865- 1940), Ding Ren (1874- 1949) and Guo Moruo. Yu (1896- 1984), Shang Chengzuo (19438+099 1), Pan Zhulan (1909-200 1). Of course, oracle calligraphy's creation is not copying dictionaries and fonts, but needs artistic sublimation and re-innovation of the law of text structure.

In the 1980s and 1990s, the vision of international art became wider and wider. Influenced by the trend of modern calligraphy art, ink and wash experimental art, line color and exhibition hall vision, oracle calligraphy has undergone great changes. Many artists engaged in oracle calligraphy began to think and explore in art, bringing forth the old and bringing forth the new, and gained a certain profound understanding.

Mr. Sun Yirang was the first person who had a sense of oracle calligraphy's expression, but it was Mr. Luo Zhenyu who directly introduced Oracle Bone Inscriptions into the form of calligraphy. After that, scholars followed suit and made new breakthroughs. It was Mr. Hu Houxuan who took the lead in distancing himself from his predecessors in oracle calligraphy. Later, Mr. Shaman Weng (1916-201) and Mr. Liu Jiang (born in 1926) also made new works. Outstanding people such as Mr. Yang Luan (1928-2009) used seal cutting and freehand brushwork, and their frank brushwork and rich writing scenes forced people to have a new artistic aesthetic and cognition of oracle calligraphy.

Another example is Mr. Zhai Wanyi (born in 1955), who successively held the important position of "Book Association". He is a calligrapher with strong comprehensive ability and profound knowledge. His calligraphy style of "a touch of Italian grass and Oracle bones" broke through the previous barriers and was regarded as the first bold innovation and practitioner! As for paying equal attention to oracle calligraphy's art and Oracle Bone Inscriptions's, considering the number of submissions, works and books, we can create new artists. In 20 19, some large-scale calligraphy exhibitions were held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Oracle Bone Inscriptions's discovery of 65438+,but there were still few talents from oracle calligraphy. This "upset" needs to be heated up continuously!

Comprehensive investigation shows that there are many creators engaged in design creativity, arts and crafts and modern calligraphy. They draw nutrients from Oracle Bone Inscriptions's seal cutting spirit and mysterious body structure, and take Chinese characters as the carrier to extract its image and make the best use of it. The combination of ink and color has produced another new trend, such as Han Meilin, the creator of Olympic logs, Shi Hu, Bing Xu, Lao Jia and Pu Lieping. Although they are far away from Oracle Bone Inscriptions's cluster system, they are of certain significance to explore the connotation of China's calligraphy art.

Tradition is not static, and innovation is not ignoring the connotation of tradition. They seek to maintain, advance, change and innovate in interaction and agitation. This is an extremely contradictory dialectical question, and the wise can consciously get what they want without saying it!

This special exhibition is based on oracle calligraphy's artistry, innovation and scholarship. Not only the main content is well written, but also the spirit of Oracle Bone Inscriptions and the rules of pen and ink art. In addition, we should also examine his calligraphy skills of inscription and postscript, the degree and influence of the author's academic research in recent decades, as well as the dissemination and promotion of Chinese excellent traditional culture, the cognition of cultural trends of thought in the new era and other factors.

The comprehensive examination lasted more than two months. From the scope of "as far as we know", this paper makes a comparative analysis of the "artistic resumes" of hundreds of old, middle-aged and young oracle calligraphy creators and the "artistic features" of nearly 1,000 works by oracle calligraphy, and finally determines some teachers to participate in the exhibition, and chooses them to celebrate the centennial activities of the founding of the Party! Of course, it's a pity that some manuscripts can't attend because of other trivial matters! These dozen exhibitors can't sum up the whole picture of oracle calligraphy today, but they can reflect the style and trend of an era.

For example, Mr. Feng Wei (born in 1942), who was born on a brick, has made great achievements in oracle calligraphy's creation, academic writing, promotion and exchange, and organized exchange activities with Chinese mainland, Taiwan Province Province, Hongkong, Japan, the United States and other countries and regions for many times, which has a great influence in the international arena. Master Qi Gong (19 12-2005) called his oracle calligraphy, Gu Zhuo "Oracle Bone Inscriptions Heritage".

Mr. Cui Xuelu (born in 1945), who founded the Youth Calligraphy Newspaper in his early years, is a rare "Oracle Calligraphy" in the calligraphy field. Based on the philosophy of Laozi and Zhuangzi, Liu Haisu (1896- 1994) praised him for the promotion of calligraphy.

Zhang (born in 1953) has taught in Hangzhou Normal University, Zhengzhou University, China Academy of Fine Arts, Anyang University and other universities. He was invited to give lectures at Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, Hainan University, Xiamen University and Jimei University. In the 1990s, he has become a nationally renowned professor. He devoted himself to oracle calligraphy and has published 24 works in the world, including History of China Art, Art Pedagogy and Comparative Development History of Chinese and Foreign Art.. In particular, An Introduction to oracle calligraphy opened a new chapter in the history of oracle calligraphy.

Another example is Mr. Zhang Dashun (born in 1962). Since the 1980s, Mr. Zhang Dashun has made great contributions to Japan, working hard on the knife and pen, creating a unique artistic style, especially oracle calligraphy, which is unique in Japan and spread internationally. There are also Indonesian Chinese Ruan, Shanghai Chi Xinmin, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Shenyang Han, Henan Fu, Hunan Xie and so on. They are all big names in the industry. They have created many novel works of oracle calligraphy, published many works and literary theories, enthusiastically studied and promoted oracle calligraphy, and held exhibitions, lectures and other activities. Some of them have great influence in the world, so I won't go into details.

Stay in the world of books and visit the world of art. Some of you have been known and admired by me for many years, and some of you have never met each other because of art. I list them today because of my experience in learning ancient Chinese characters and Oracle Bone Inscriptions and other ancient cultures, because calligraphy, Chinese painting art exhibitions, art, cultural and social commentary exchange lectures and manuscripts are often found on the Internet, and because of the writing of Oracle Bone Inscriptions's Non-Oracle Bone Inscriptions Theory and China's View on the Cultural History of Ancient Kunlun, I strive to have them in the comprehensive information research of Oracle Bone Inscriptions in the new era.

During the preparation of the special exhibition, 1990 Mr. Xiao Hao, who was born in Huang Xi's hometown, kept communicating with me and asked me to write a guide. If there is something missing in this article, please hide your smile. The first draft of 202 1 was revised in Longcheng on April 26th and in Kyoto and Yang Muqing on May 6th, 5438+08.
