The government is located in Zhancheng Village, with a town area of 2 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 15 villagers' committees, 4 orchards and 153 villagers' groups, with a total population of13,305 households with 47,502 people, including 422 people from Han, Zhuang, Dai and Tujia ethnic groups 16.
