Chang 'an District is one of the central cities of Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province. Located in the northeast of Shijiazhuang, it borders Gaocheng District in the east, Xinhua District in the west, Yuhua East Road and Zhongshan East Road in the south, and borders Yuhua District and qiaoxi district respectively, and Hutuo River in the north.
