Which province does xinyi city belong to?

According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Xinyi is referred to as "new" for short. Xuzhou is a county-level city, which was called Zhongwu and Siwu in ancient times. Located at the southern tip of North China Plain, it connects Jiangsu and Shandong provinces in the north, Tancheng County in Shandong Province in the north, Suqian City across Xinyi River and Roman Lake in the south, Pizhou City in the west, Donghai County and Shuyang County in the east.
