In the early Republic of China, Linqing County was divided into 10 districts: urban district, communication district, public service district, health district, friendship district, Zhang Xin district, Shangde district, salute district, Zhonghe district and Qingjiang district.

In the Republic of China 19 (1930), villages were divided into districts, and the names of districts 1 to 10 were changed. With the Wei Canal as the boundary, there are 1-4 areas in the east and 5-9 areas in the west. 10 area is isolated in Wei county. Areas 5-9 are the same as today's linxi county, which laid the foundation for the later division of linxi county.

The anti-Japanese democratic regime in Linqing County divided the area west of Wei Canal (now Linxi County) into five districts. In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), in July, the anti-Japanese democratic government of Linqing county adjusted the above five districts into eight districts.

In March1year (1942) and June 10, the fifth, sixth and eighth districts of Linqing County were transferred to Hongyi County, and eight districts were added on the basis of the remaining seventh, ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth districts.

1955, 10 canceled the original numerical serial number naming and used it to name the residents of the district. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth districts in China were renamed as Laoguanzhai, Xiabaomiao, Jianzhong and Luzhai District in turn.

1964 65438+February, according to the State Council's instructions that Wei Canal and Sinusi River are the provincial boundaries of Hebei and Shandong provinces, five districts (including 9 communes) of Xiabaomiao, Tongcun, Luzhai Village and Laoguanzhai, west of Wei Canal in Linqing County, as well as the south and north teams of Chengguan District, Mishi and Lin Wei Street were placed under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province.

Namely Laoguanzhai, Zaoyuan, Shui Bo, Luzhai, Yaolou, Xiabao Temple, Yaoan Town, Bai Di, Jianzhuang, Fancun, Tongcun, Greater Liu Zhuang, Libozhai, Dantun Commune and Chengguan Town. It has jurisdiction over 296 production brigades.

Its domicile and jurisdiction have not changed.
