Do you agree with the sentence "Never do business with your good friends"?

Doing business in partnership with your good friends seems to be a commercial realm. Many people who have just entered the business field have been warned by this sentence. From the experience of many people, this sentence has been certified countless times, and I personally agree with this sentence for the following reasons. First, it is difficult to distinguish the interests when doing business with good friends.

Many people think that doing business with good friends at first, two people can discuss both costs and benefits, but in practice, they will find that it is more difficult to distinguish benefits from costs because they are doing business with good friends. It is difficult for two people to make a decision while caring about friendship and building interests together. Second, if you lose money, you may die of old age.

Most people are ordinary people, doing business with good friends. If both of them make money, they will be very happy. But once they lose money, they may pass the buck to each other, and in the end, there will even be a fierce quarrel, so that they will not contact each other, losing both the economy and a good friend. Third, when encountering problems, one party may feel dependent.

If people who are relatively strangers do business together, then when business encounters problems, two people will find solutions together. But if you are your good friend, you may have some luck, and you can cheat if you feel that you have your own friends to rely on. This will cause the other party's dissatisfaction, and the business of the last two people will easily lose money.

In a word, I think I should try not to do business with my good friends if I can. If I choose friendship, I will give up the interests of joint construction. Besides, I don't think my good friends are necessarily the most reliable when doing business.
