What ethnic groups are there in Danzhou?

Danzhou has many nationalities and complicated languages. There are more than 20 ethnic groups such as Han, Li and Miao, among which the Han population accounts for about 93%, and Li, Zhuang and Miao ethnic groups account for about 7%, making it the second most populous city in Hainan Province.
