What does it mean to believe in fortune telling?

Is fortune telling credible? It is said to be accurate.

Faith is spirit, but unbelief is invalid. Sincerity is the spirit.

But I don't believe it, so it's useless to me. I often ask fortune tellers, and they tell me that if they can be accurate, they don't count themselves, just calculate when they can get rich!
