Practice is the act of correcting mistakes; Self-cultivation is the real end of cause and effect and cycle. To cultivate the mind is to purify the soul. Whether the soul body is clean or not determines whether the reincarnation can be terminated.

No one is not afraid of cause and effect, but few people know it.

Practice seems to be the patent of only a few people, who think that those people have enough time to practice. As everyone knows, only these people know the cause and effect, and there are very few people who cultivate their minds. Of the 10,000 people who practice, almost only one or two can transcend samsara, and the rest continue to samsara.

Today, with this article, more people wake up and see the cause and effect clearly. See through, let go, come to the road of practice, end cause and effect, and transcend reincarnation.

The first step in spiritual practice is to know the cause and effect. Only by recognizing all kinds of causes and effects can we strengthen our hearts and the direction of practice.

Practice needs a master. A wise teacher here refers to a mentor with compassion and wisdom, both of which are indispensable, which is the premise of practice. It doesn't mean that you go to see Buddhist scriptures, kowtow and hold spells yourself, or practice. Don't! Practice must move forward step by step under the guidance of the master. On the way to practice, there is a master to guide you and correct your direction.

Practice is actually a huge thinking training system. It doesn't mean that if you practice today, you can achieve it tomorrow, by no means. Because the cause and effect of past creation determines whether your spirit is clean or not. To practice and cultivate the mind, it is necessary to remove the stains on the spiritual body bit by bit. Self-cultivation is the only way to transcend reincarnation. Holding a curse and kowtowing is like a crutch, like a detergent, cleaning our souls.

And the master is the mentor who helps us clean up the spiritual body. Without the guidance and guidance of a tutor, it is impossible to transcend reincarnation and purify the soul by blindly holding a curse and kowtowing and blindly carrying out various so-called practices. Mentor is a bright light, which is the direction to lead our souls forward. The extent to which the mind is cultivated and the karma and spiritual body are purified is also verified by the mentor.

The real cultivation of the mind is to deliberately remove greed, anger, ignorance, slowness and doubt. In the second exercise, an energy gradually formed. When you have energy, it will support you to automatically cut off these, because the energy is reached.

So is love. Love is a powerful weapon to get rid of greed, anger, ignorance, slowness and doubt. Love can produce sympathy and joy.

Love is energy. How to get the energy of love? This needs to be accumulated in the process of mind cultivation. Karma is clean, merit is complete, and a lot of love can be generated. Love is accumulated in giving and dedication. When a lot of energy is gathered, this kind of love will become more and more spontaneous. When love accumulates more and more, the five poisons will gradually become lighter, disappear and no longer arise. This is the result of the whole practice.

When we have more and more love, more and more compassion and more wisdom, our spiritual body will become cleaner and cleaner. Then, in this state, all karma you create is good karma. Without the five poisons, there would be no evil cause. Even if we can't achieve anything in this life, at least we all cultivate good causes.

Good results come from good reasons. If you have been practicing your mind, your soul will have a memory. In your next reincarnation, you will come to the road of spiritual practice and cultivation. More and more memories are imprinted on the spiritual body, so even reincarnation is on the road of practicing and cultivating the mind. One day, I will still wake up or transcend reincarnation.

People who are practicing, don't fall behind, be alert to the present and be aware of your every intention. That's all that matters. The complex relationship between cause and effect has been mentioned earlier. Now that we know, we should realize how important it is to cultivate our minds!

Do you practice your mind only for yourself? Don't! The fundamental purpose of practicing it is to help more and more people. Because through practice and practice, we become more and more loving and wise. In addition to removing the dirt from the soul, we can help more people and influence more people to practice. Because we live the way we are, happiness, joy, compassion and wisdom. When you have these, you can influence more and more people. When more and more people come to practice and practice, the world will change.

Three-dimensional to four-dimensional is actually a change in overall human nature. When the heart changes, the environment changes; When behavior changes, so does the surrounding environment. Fundamentally speaking, all changes are inner changes.

The heart is always happy, because all five poisons make it unhappy. When you become unhappy, when you realize that you are unhappy, you should check your five poisons. What influenced you and made you unhappy? At this time, you should be vigilant and don't let it develop. If you don't know, then your mentor is the best support, and only your mentor can help you set things right.
