What are the five elements of honesty?

Public interests first, fair and honest, open and transparent, law-abiding, with political literacy.

The public interest is the most important. Actors should eliminate selfish desires, correctly exercise public power and establish public servant consciousness. Open and transparent. Do not conceal the process of exercising power and performing duties, put an end to black-box operation, and actively accept the supervision of various supervisory subjects.

Law-abiding. Consciously safeguard the legal authority, regulate your behavior in strict accordance with national laws and organizational rules, and do not take bribes and pervert the law.

Have political literacy. Its characteristics are lofty political ideal, firm political belief, reliable political discrimination, good at grasping political direction and position, getting rid of low tastes, high aspirations and strong anti-corrosion ability.
