Dizziness and nausea after burning incense in a Buddhist temple at home

This has nothing to do with Buddhism, but with burning incense (this symptom seems to be chemical incense poisoning, so just open the window and ventilate).

See if burning incense is chemical or natural.

If it is cheap chemical fragrance, throw it away and replace it with natural fragrance, otherwise you will feel dizzy and sick next time.
