Xue Jiawan is located in the east of Zhungeer Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Xuejiawan Town was founded in August 1990. It is one of the three central towns in Zhungeer Banner, Ordos City, where the people's government is resident and Zhungeer Banner is located.
