Laojun Cave in Nan 'an District was built in Tang Dynasty and is located on Laojun Mountain. It is a famous Taoist temple and the most important temple in Chongqing. Laojun Cave is located in Nanshan Scenic Area, Shinan District, Chongqing, 2 kilometers away from the south bank of the city center, on Laojun Mountain in Huangbi Town, on the south bank of the Yangtze River and where Jialing River flows into Sichuan. It is 600 meters above sea level. Climb up 100 meters along the stone ladder on the left side of Qingniu Cliff, and reach the top of Laojun Mountain.
