Admission to Gaomin Temple in Yangzhou is free, but pilgrims can make public morality donations.

Gaomin Temple is located 20 miles southwest of Qijiang County, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, at the intersection of the ancient canal and Yiyang River, on the southwest bank of Sancha River mouth. It is one of the eight famous temples in Yangzhou in Qing Dynasty. It is the largest and most influential ancient temple in Yangzhou at present.

There are stupa, main hall, meditation hall, Yanshou Hall, Ruyiliao and other buildings in the temple, all of which are quite large. Novel and unique, equilateral octagon, blue bricks and green tiles, simple and elegant. The light in the hall is soft, quiet and tidy, which can accommodate three or four hundred people for meditation. The establishment of the new meditation hall has inherited and carried forward the tradition of "one fragrance" in Gaomin Temple. The abbot's room, the reception room and the Hall of Heroes are all newly built. The reconstructed Daxiong Hall is large-scale and adopts reinforced concrete structure. As of 199 1, the main building has been basically completed. The ancient Gaomin Temple will be presented to people with a brand-new attitude.

Master Linde, the current abbot of Gaomin Temple, is 84 years old and comes from Hebei. 1934 became a monk and studied under Taoist Zen master. Master Long Wen, 46, from Yizheng, Jiangsu, became a monk 1985.

You can handle the opening business for pilgrims, and charge the opening fee according to whether it is public or private. The charge is higher, but people with sincerity can handle it.
