1September, 960 103, the State Council, adopted at its 103 plenary meeting: Ludian county was abolished and the former administrative area of Ludian county was merged into Zhaotong county (1958165438+10).

1963 September 14 the State Council Plenary Meeting decided to restore Ludian County. The administrative area of Ludian County is the original Ludian County which was merged into Zhaotong County except four people's communes of Ma Lu, Sujia, Shuitun and Jiufang and seven villages of Zujiabao, Maanshan, Banbanfang, Chen Jiawan, Majiayuanzi, Yangjiataizi and Longjiataizi in Yongfeng District of Zhaotong County.

1970 Zhaotong area was changed to Zhaotong area, and Ludian county was subordinate to Zhaotong area.

In August, 200 1 year, Zhaotong was established, and Ludian County was subordinate to Zhaotong City.
