Oubei Town belongs to Yongjia County.

Oubei, commonly known as the north bank of the river. The village was formed before the Western Han Dynasty. In the third year of Huidi in the Western Han Dynasty (BC 192), Zou Yao, the king of the East China Sea (commonly known as Dongou King), established his capital here. In the third year of Yonghe in the Eastern Han Dynasty (A.D. 138), Yongning County was established in Dongou Township of Zhang 'an County, and Luofu New Town in northern ou was established in the county. During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, it was thirty-four years old and thirty-four years old.

After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), Luofu Township was separated into Sanjiang Township in May 1950. 1March, 956, Luofu, Puxi and Jiaohua merged into Jiangbei Township.
